How long will It take to get my package?

Payment was successful, but the order didn’t go through?

Such situations are frequently encountered, and we acknowledge that they can cause significant confusion. Please see the following clarification: When making a payment, it is necessary to establish a secure connection between your banking partner and the merchant’s banking partner. However, there may be Instances where delays or technical issues at either bank can lead to incomplete communication and result in incorrect deductions or duplicate charges. In these cases, the deducted amount will be refunded to your account within 5–7 business days once the banks resolve their discrepancies.

What is the process for receiving a refund?

Because of the type of products we provide, refunds or returns are not available after consumption. Yet, if you have legitimate concerns with the product, please contact us with as much specific information as possible, such as product photos and batch numbers, to support your claim.

 A damaged package was delivered to me
